When I first opened Ultimate Membership
Site, I had over 100 members in the first 2
months. Most of those people have moved on.
A few are still with me.
At that time I had a partner, Leann
Bradley, who was helping with the marketing
and support. She had to quit for personal
reasons and I was left trying to do
everything myself.
I have several other websites and I need
to sell off some of them to make a little
time in my life.
I currently have 22 paying members. I
know this is not a lot but it is because I
have not done any marketing in over 5
months. 22 X $12.97 = $285.24 per month.
(Some people pay $9.97 per month and some
pay $12.97 to $14.97 due to different
promotions)

With a little marketing, this membership
can be brought back up. I just don't have
the time.

(It isn't free for me but cheap enough that

support from me.
You must have enough knowledge to
actually provide support for your members. I
am offering support to you to help with the
transition, not teach you how to edit HTML.

My expenses for all the above sites is
$39.95 per month. That includes the
membership manager, the affiliate manager,
shopping cart, support desk, autoresponder
and hosting.
I am not going to provide any
financial proof of my income because I don't
have the time or desire to do all that. It
is easy to see the potential for Ultimate
Membership Site alone. I am asking far less
than it's value and throwing in the
other site.
The price is $2500. I will take time
payments from the right buyer but will not
transfer the sites or domains until payment has been
made in full. A deposit of $500 will be
necessary. I can take payments from PayPal or
